How do I make a purchase?
You have two ways to place your order:
Option 1: Purchase directly on the website
- Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
- Click on Checkout.
- Complete your shipping information.
- Make a secure payment with your credit or debit card.
- You will receive an email with your order confirmation.
Option 2: Payment by bank transfer
- Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Select the bank transfer payment option during the checkout process (or contact us via WhatsApp if you need assistance).
- We will send you the bank details for payment.
- Once the transfer is made, send us the proof via WhatsApp or to the indicated email to verify the payment.
- After confirming payment, we will prepare your order and arrange shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure credit and debit card payments. We also offer the option of payment by bank transfer for our customers' convenience.
